Meet Erika

I’m a qualified Clinical Herbalist and Naturopath based in Dublin, with a passion for helping people who would like to take a more natural, informed and personalised approach to their health.

I trained in Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), where my studies combined traditional Western herbal medicine with modern knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and clinical practice.

What I love most about herbal medicine is that it looks beyond a single symptom. During a consultation, I take time to understand you as a whole person — your health history, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep and the different factors that may be influencing how you feel.

From there, I can create an individualised plan which may include a personalised herbal formula alongside practical nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

Why herbal medicine?

My interest in plants comes from a genuine fascination with the relationship between people, nature and health. Herbal medicine has been part of human healthcare for thousands of years, yet it continues to have a meaningful place alongside modern healthcare today.

I particularly enjoy making herbal medicine practical and accessible. It doesn't have to mean completely changing your life overnight. Sometimes small, realistic changes can be the most sustainable ones.

My approach

I believe good healthcare should be collaborative. My role isn't simply to tell you what to do, but to listen, ask questions and work with you to create a plan that feels realistic for your life.

Where appropriate, I also believe herbal medicine should complement conventional medical care rather than replace it. Safety is central to my practice, including consideration of existing medical conditions, medications, supplements and potential herb–drug interactions.

Every person who comes through my door is different — and their herbal prescription should reflect that.

How may I support you?

People come to herbal medicine for many different reasons. You don't need to know which herbs you need before your consultation — that's something we explore together.

I work with clients seeking support in areas such as:

Stress, anxiety & sleep
Stress, difficulty relaxing, disrupted sleep and low energy.

Women's health & hormonal wellbeing
PMS, menstrual concerns, perimenopause and menopausal wellbeing.

Digestive health
Bloating, digestive discomfort, irregular digestion and general gut support.

Energy & resilience
Fatigue, feeling run-down and support during demanding or stressful periods.

Skin health
Support for common skin concerns and overall skin wellbeing.

Immune & respiratory health
Seasonal wellbeing, recurrent minor respiratory concerns and immune support.

General wellbeing
Sometimes there isn't one particular concern — you may simply want a more personalised approach to supporting your health.
